液体的储存 liquid storage
液体二氧化碳的储存属于带压（压力不低于0.8Mpa）储存。储存期间除压力表、液位计、安全阀应投入使用外，其他阀门应处于关闭状态。当储罐压力**过2.1Mpa时，开启V7排气阀降压。但应注意：内罐的压力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否则将引起液体二氧化碳转变为干冰。

2.日常检查与维护 Daily inspection and maintenance
储罐在运行过程中，要经常检查安全阀、压力表、液位计工作是否正常，阀门管路是否有泄漏，外部有无异常现象，发现问题及时处理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校验 Regular verification
3.1安全阀整定压力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校验一次，并加铅封，作好记录。

3.2定期检查夹层真空度，未装低温介质的情况下真空度应低于65Pa，装有低温介质的情况下，真空度应低于10Pa为合格。

二氧化碳储罐的长处
二氧化碳储罐是储存液态二氧化碳介质的储存压力容器。
二氧化碳储罐内胆原料选用16MnDR，二氧化碳罐外胆原料为Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐选用“组合、安全体系阀”运用两组安全阀一起作业，在安全阀定时校验时可关闭一侧，另一侧持续作业，保证二氧化碳罐的安全运转。
二氧化碳罐选用热态下的珠光砂为绝热材料并抽真空，公司以共同的技术保证质量，以达到绝热作用。
二氧化碳罐具有运用寿命长、构造紧凑、占地面积少、集中控制、操作和维修便利等特色。

充液的操作 filling operation

充液分为充液和补充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 储罐吹除置换干净达到要求后，将充液管线与储罐的充液接头连接，液位计组合阀处于平衡状态准备充液。

2.1.3 将充液管线接通槽车，先开启V5残液阀，排出管线内的杂质气体后，再开启V1进液阀和V7排气阀，V8液位计组合阀处于全开状态，显示液位计读数进行充液。

补充充液的操作与充液的操作方法相似，不同点是补充充液时一开始就可以大量充液。
